The UV CAT5e cable has numerous applications, although Outdoor Wireless and IP surveillance tend to be the most popular. PE outer coating with good water blocking ability instead of PVC jacket and 4pairs wrapped by polyester tape used under water environment in short term (not immersing in water) and UV environment long term, making it an ideal solution for installation and operation for outdoor using cable. The cables are unshielded, no cross filler inside, relying on the twisted pair design for noise rejection.
