Factory Making Cat6 Solid Cable - RS-232 Cable (Multi-Pair, Foil & Braid Screened) – AIPU
Factory Making Cat6 Solid Cable - RS-232 Cable (Multi-Pair, Foil & Braid Screened) – AIPU Detail:
Application
1. The cable is designed for RS-232 Cable and CAD/CAM applications, used as computer cables. etc. Multi-pair cables are available. It could be widely used for production process control and Device Converter. Generally ,used as bulk cable, Serial Cable or Adapter Cable. Could be multi-dropped cable. Shielded twisted-pair cables are often used in enterprise cabling system installations. Enterprises often use higher grade twisted-pair cables for horizontal cabling in LAN installations because they are cheaper than coaxial (coaxial) cables.
2. Types of signal interference are Static Noise, Magnetic Noise, Common Mode Noise and Crosstalk. Aipu available shield type Bare Copper, Tinned Copper,I/OS Aluminum foil, Stainless steel,Spiral.Al-PET Tape & Tinned Copper Braid shielded could make the signal and date interference free. Braided shielding is difficult to guarantee 100% coverage. A typical coverage rate is 70% to 95% percent. Coverage is closely related to organization density. Because braided shield is bulky, it is more suitable for use in a wider space.
3. The PVC and Polyolefin insulation material could be alternative.
4. PVC or LSZH sheath are both available.
