Description
Aipu-waton GJYXCH and GJYXFCH optical cable is an outdoor FTTH bow-type drop cable. The optical cable contains 1 ~ 4 silica optical fibers with coating, which can be G657A1 or G652D. The optical fibers manufactured by the same design, material and process shall be used in the same batch of products, and the optical fibers shall be placed in the center of the optical cable. The optical fiber coating layer can be colored. The color of the colored layer shall be blue, orange, green, brown, gray, white, red, black, yellow, purple, pink or cyan in accordance with GB 6995.2, and the single fiber can be the natural color. The coating structure, fiber strength screening level, mode field diameter and size parameters, cut-off wavelength and bending loss of single-mode optical fiber used for cabling shall comply with the provisions in Tables 1, 2 and 3 below. The strength member in the optical drop cable can be a high-strength stainless steel wire or phosphated steel wire, or a non-metallic reinforcing member of polyester aramid wire or other suitable fiber bundle, which shall have sufficient Young’s modulus and elastic strain range. The strength members of the optical cable shall be 2 paralleled and symmetrical in the optical cable. A thick steel wire hanging wire on the side takes the self-supporting function. For PVC sheathed optical cable, the sheath material should comply with the provisions of hr-70 “70 ℃ soft sheath grade soft PVC plastic” in GB/T 8815; For flame retardant polyethylene sheathed optical cable, the sheath material should comply with the provisions of YD/T 1113; The surface of the sheath shall be flat and smooth, and there shall be no visible cracks, bubbles, sand holes and other defects on its section. The sheath color is generally black, which can also be produced according to other colors required by users. The optical cable shall be permanently marked on the sheath surface, which shall not affect any performance of the optical cable, and the distance between the starting points of adjacent signs shall not be greater than 500m.
