Description

Aipu-waton indoor tight buffered optical cable uses 900μm buffered fibers. Tight buffer fiber optic cable designs are typically smaller in size and more flexible. It doesn’t provide protection from water migration and doesn’t isolate fibers well from the expansion and contraction of other materials due to temperature extremes. Tight buffered fiber cable, often called premise or distribution cables, are ideally suited for indoor cable runs. The inside fiber cores are surrounded by two-layer coating. The first is plastic and the second is waterproof acrylate. The fiber cores will be not in danger of exposure, they are surrounded by dielectric strength members (FRP) and are protected by a rugged polyurethane outer jacket and provides superior environmental and mechanical protection. The fiber count for tight-buffered fiber cable can be from 1 to 144 cores, single fiber is the simple type tight buffered cable. But 2, 6, 12, 24 fibers are the most widely used in the indoor networking environment. More than 24 cores such as 48 fibers, 96 fibers and 144 fibers are also available in multi tubes for different functions in construction. All multi-mode and single-mode cables utilize bend-insensitive optical fibers. Dry, super absorbent polymers (SAPs) eliminate water migration in cable interstices and has a 900um buffered design recommended for easy termination.
