Manufactur Standard Electric Drum Cables - Data Transmission Cable Audio lnstrumentation Control Cable Computer Cable RS232 Cable MultiCore Foil Braid Screened – AIPU Detail:
Application
1. The cable is designed for RS-232 Cable low data rate transmission as audio, control and instrumentation cables, computer cables, etc. Multi-core or multi twist pair laying up cables are available. It could be widely used for production process control and Device Converter. Especially in the factory floor and other industrial applications are usually electrical noise environment. Electrical noise from radiation or electromagnetic interference can seriously disrupt the normal operation of other equipment. To avoid RFI/EMI, Aipu has dual shielded(Al-foil + Braid)+ RS232 cables.
2. Generally ,used as bulk cable, Serial Cable or Adapter Cable. Could be multi-dropped cable.
3. Aluminum foil and tinned copper braid screen could make the signal and date interference free. Slight interference may degrade signal quality, lead to data loss or complete signal interruption, resulting in device failure. Therefore, the shielding performance of cable is particularly important. The biggest problem in data transmission is electromagnetic and radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI). What effectively blocks both types of interference is foil shielding VS. braided shielding.
4. PVC or LSZH sheath are both available.
