After plastic coated aluminum strip (APL) is longitudinally wrapped, a layer of polyethylene inner sheath (PE) inner sheath is extruded, and then a layer of water resisting layer is reinforced. After that, double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped, the polyethylene PE sheath is extruded to form a cable..
