Top Suppliers Cable Data Transfer - Digital Audio Cable Multipair with Low Capacitance – AIPU
Top Suppliers Cable Data Transfer - Digital Audio Cable Multipair with Low Capacitance – AIPU Detail:
Application
1. The cable is designed for digital audio transmission, used in connecting for audio appliances, such as speaker, small electric tools and instruments. Multi-pair cables are available.
2. Al-PET Tape & Tinned Copper Braid shielded could make the signal and date interference free.
3. PVC or LSZH sheath are both available.
4. The cables manufacturing process is Wire drawing – Annealing – Twisting and Stranding – Extrusion – Cabling. Aipu only produce pure copper as conductor, Advanced return equipment, Stranding the copper wires, then extrusion S-FPE insulation. S-FPE insulation could achieve a better electrical performance. Then individually shielded by Aluminum foil if need, next is to Twist the cores. Then add the shield layer by aluminum foil and tinned copper braid. Then add some filler to make the cables have a good shape to cabling. At last to add the LZSH sheath to protect the cables.
5. Aipu only uses new material and pure copper as conductor to manufacture cable. With good quality material, reasonable design and strict production & test without any compromise, our cable can pass mechanical, electricity and physical characteristic for long time use with no problem.
6. Audio cables are used to transmit audible signals such as sound and music. They are designed to minimize noise and interference without compromising sound quality. Audio cable can connect audio source to mixer or output.
